This course has been approved by the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board as meeting the requirements for a continuing education course on the responsible opioid prescribing guidelines per Med 13.03(3) of the Wisconsin Administrative Code. Target Audience: Healthcare professionals who care for patients who use opioids and other controlled substances. Winter Refresher Course The 54th Annual Winter Refresher Course (WRC) for Family Medicine is sponsored by the Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians.
